Phinney Ridge Family Seeking FT Top-Notch Baby Nanny
This welcoming Phinney Ridge family are looking for a full time nanny to care for their sweet, smiley baby boy. He will be 9 months old when the position begins.
This family loves exploring local coffee shops, traveling, sports (both playing and watching!), and spending time with their family and friends. They have a delightfully friendly 5 year old Golden retriever mix. While he spends most of his time with his WFH mom in her designated works space, he would welcome any extra love and attention he can find!
Baby boy is talkative and hilariously expressive, ready to steal the show. His favorite song is currently Hey Ya by OutKast. Dance parties in the kitchen are a must! He is a solid sleeper and comfortable taking a bottle. Baby led weaning is the newest adventure.
Their home is located in a super walkable neighbourhood near the Zoo and Greenlake. It is an open concept modern home that is spacious and bright. This family maintains a tidy, organized environment where their child can thrive. A playroom is in the works!
Their ideal candidate is someone who truly loves supporting little ones as they grow, and wants to become an integral part of their parenting team. They are looking for a trusted partner in helping raise their son to be kind, curious, and compassionate. This nanny is a great communicator and excels at facilitating enriching age appropriate activities.

Position Details:
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8am-4pm; occasional extra hours for date nights a plus!
Compensation: Up to $35/hr
Benefits: Guaranteed Hours, Two weeks PTO of Nanny’s choosing, 6-10 Paid Holidays, Sick Leave
Duration: 1-year commitment with potential to extend
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Responsibilities:
Baby-focused care for infant during the day
Age-appropriate play, developmental support, and tasks related to the child
Occasional local and domestic travel with the family would be a bonus, but not required
Ideal Candidate:
Very experienced with infants (minimum 3 years professional experience)
Warm, proactive, and reliable
Able to foster a nurturing, engaging environment
Communicative and desires a collaborative atmosphere, but also capable of self-direction
Open to becoming a valued, long-term part of the family’s support system
Dog friendly!
Personal vehicle preferred, but not required
No accompanying children
Agency Requirements:
Minimum Three years of recent and relevant professional experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to sign a W4 and employment contract
A minimum of three exemplary employer/work-related references from recent positions held
Must be able to submit to a thorough background and driving record checks
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
Have an up-to-date Infant/Child First Aid/CPR certification
Connectivity: must have access to a reliable phone with cell and internet access
Must be willing to wear a mask and work through minor illnesses
Nannies must be physically able to lift 40lbs and maneuver around with ease (if accommodations are needed and able to be provided for, please state this in your application)
Must have reliable transportation and insurance if pertinent to position
Must be non-smoking
